Hi Matthieu, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Great to hear that you thought our location was great, and you liked the sea view. Sorry to hear that you were disappointed that towels were not included. We do have this visible on the YHA website and third party websites, explaining there is an extra charge of 2.50 at reception for these. As we are a hostel and not a hotel, our pricing is extremely competitive, things like shampoo, conditioners are not available in the room. The room will present as basic, no thrills but clean. We have a great team here, so if you stay again and have any issues, come to reception and we will be able to fix them for you.

Hi Anjali, We're so sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. As the building next door was burning down, we were forced to close as it, of course, would be very unsafe for guests. As you booked with Expedia, you would not have been charged for your booking as it is paid upon arrival. Nevertheless, we're sorry to hear you had such a bad experience, but it was a situation that was out of our hands.

Dear Gareth,Thank for taking the time to review usWe are pleased to hear you found the room was clean and bright.We are sorry to hear you found the curtains could have covered the windows more and the issues with the TV.As we are a youth hostel we try to charge for our rooms as low as possible prices, so that as many as possible people can afford to stay with us.
