Dear DonnaI'm really sorry you experienced issues whilst staying here and certainly is not normal. We did experience issues with the lift and we called out the engineers on all occasions and certainly is not normal occurrence. We are really sorry for any inconvenience. This seems to now have been resolved satisfactorily. We can also provide extra pillows on request and rooms to be cleaned or additional items provided to you. Please do just ask. Kind regards

Dear StuartThank you so much for your review and for the time taken to comment on your stay. We are delighted you had a great stay, I'm sorry we can't do much about the parking, a lot of our guests do not travel by car so to rent spaces unnecessarily would not be viable for the hotel. There is an option to use the park and ride in Brighton which costs 4-5 and is located at Withdean sports centre and has buses every 20 minutes into the city.

We're sorry to hear your stay was less than satisfactory, while we don't advertise having kettle or tv in our rooms, we do have a complimentary tea/coffee station at reception, and a co-work space with books and games available to use!
