«The property was just as described. Everything was very clean. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but within a few hours of informing management, it was fixed and working fine. Our dogs loved the yard and everyone loved being able to pick their own room. We would definitely like to rent this house again. »

«Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. «We were disappointed with our stay for several reasons. There weren't enough bath towels for everyone. The house looked like it hadn't been clean and dusted in a while. They baseboards were dirty too. The upstairs large bedroom became infested with ladybugs. We could barely run the heater because the ladybugs were coming through. We ended up closing the vents and it helped a little. When we reached out to the host about the towels and ladybugs, they responded but did not provide any assistance. ...
