The Space:
Kittiwake Cottage offers a comfortable and spacious stay with all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. The property has a private entrance located at the front of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, oven and hob and comes stocked with tea, sugar, and coffee, so you can settle in right away. The dining area, sharing the kitchen, is perfect for evening meals or entertaining.

The living area is a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. You can relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the Smart TV. In the colder months, gather around the log burner for a cosy night in.

In terms of outdoor space, accessible from both the kitchen and living room, you really will be spoilt for choice at Kittiwake Cottage. Here, you can enjoy a pizza oven and a wood-fired hot tub, all within a private garden that is exclusively for guest use.

On the first floor, you'll find four bedrooms, each offering plenty of storage for your belongings, whether in the clothes rail or provided wardrobes. There are two super-king bedrooms and one twin room, however all of these beds are zip and link meaning they can be made up in either layout. Please get in touch with your preferred bed layout prior to your arrival. There is also one bunk room on offer at Kittiwake Cottage.

Both bathrooms are located on the first floor at the back of the property. The main family bathroom features a shower over the bath, while the second, an ensuite to one of the super-king rooms, has a convenient walk-in shower. Fresh towels, toilet rolls, and linen are all provided for your stay, ensuring comfort throughout.

Getting Around:
Bempton Train Station is a short 15-minute walk away from Kittiwake Cottage. Bempton has direct services operating to locations throughout Yorkshire & The Humber including Beverley, Bridlington, Brough, Doncaster, Driffield, Filey, Goole, Hull, Scarborough and Sheffield.

Two bus routes operate in Bridlington, both of which offering direct access to Bridlington. The 12C also provides a route to Filey and Scarborough.
