The living area has a deep, inviting sofa and a Smart TV with a Sky package for cosy evenings.

On the ground floor, a stylish bathroom features a large shower cubicle and heated towel rail. A beautiful staircase with a glass balustrade leads to an open-plan bedroom with sloping ceilings, a king-size bed, and a walk-in dressing room, complete with an en suite toilet.

Outdoors, a private patio with seating overlooks a small, neatly tended allotment and a charming lawn area.

Bempton itself is famed for its dramatic chalk cliffs and the renowned RSPB Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve, a birdwatcher’s paradise where Puffins, Guillemots, Northern Gannets, and Kittiwakes nest among the rugged cliff faces.
