The Space:

Enter the double height foyer and living rooms alongside a full library and office. Continue through to the chefs kitchen and dining area, all in an open expansive lay-out offering optimal flow. Continue on through multiple access points to the west-facing, sun-drenched outdoor deck and pool with multiple areas for lounging, tanning, dining and relaxing. A grill and bar experience complete the indoor/outdoor entertaining setup with gorgeous views over the Hampton Yards Nursery.

On the second floor, the primary with en-suite bath with jacuzzi overlooks the neighboring nursery and daily sunset spectaculars. Two guest rooms - one king, one queen - and a windowed bath complete the upstairs. The lower level offers additional accommodations, a media and meditation room, a work-out space and a second office.

Uber and taxi are available in the Hamptons. The Jitney and Train station is about 5 minutes from the residence.
