This spacious, tastefully decorated townhome features a cheerful nautical theme and high lofted ceilings throughout. The first level includes a beautifully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home, opening to a furnished dining area for six and a bright, comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV and A/C. Sliding glass doors lead to a private furnished patio equipped with a grill for outdoor dining.

The primary bedroom on the main level offers a queen-sized bed, and an adjacent full bath. with a full hallway bath nearby. Upstairs, the open loft provides additional sleeping space a sleeper sofa, the second bedroom features two twin beds with A/C and ensuite bath,—ideal for families or extra guests.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WIFI and Xplorie Activity program. This charming and airy retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable Cape Cod getaway.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
