«Property was perfect for our family group of 8. Needs some paint bit overall not bad, especially for the kids. The kids all loved the bunk toom and enjoyed exploring the small brook out back. They really loved the pools and row boats that were included amenities and it made for a perfect break for the adults. Property was convenient to all activities we wanted to do and was nice and quiet, especially at bed time. Definitely would consider another stay.»

«This was a perfect house in a perfect location! We had plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms across 3 different levels of the home, and a very cozy main level for hanging out together. We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing. Overall our visit was great and we would absolutely return to this home again!»

«If you're looking for a cabin just outside of town but close to the ski resorts, this is a perfect spot. It's kind of dark and stinky, but it's a cabin in the woods. Very little cell service, but awesome high speed internet. New appliances in the kitchen, and they get brownie points for a clean coffee machine. The plow guy showed up promptly in the morning after a big snowstorm. If you're looking for a luxury ski condo, this is not it. If you're looking for a reasonably priced cabin near town ...

«Unbelievably picturesque property with an awesome view. Had lots of fun hiking local trails, going out to eat, and just lounging with the whole family on the private riverfront backyard beach. Looking forward to making this a yearly trip!»

«My husband and I and our adult daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for a weekend in March. We immediately felt welcomed and at home. Great gathering spaces and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Perfect location for those of us who enjoy being away from the crowds, but close to everything you want to do. Lots of natural light and a lovely mountain view.»

«We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. «We had a wonderful weekend at the Osgood home for a weekend of relaxation on Mothers Day weekend. Great location for us to explore downtown North Conway , the Outlet shops and a trek to Diana's baths. We had planned on taking a walk on the property trail bit found a sign that indicated a Mama Bear and her cubs had been sighted along the trail. We decided to leave her to her mothers day weekend.»

«We had a girls weekend over Memorial Day. The condo was very clean and with plenty of room. The views of Loon Mtn were fantastic and we watched the gondola travel up and down. It was great weather and surprisingly quiet. We only had two days there but it was just what we needed. Close to everything. Great restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. We would definitely love to stay again.»

«I expected a typical townhouse size and I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms. It was 4 floors with plenty of room for our 2 families. The little ones were really excited about the toys in the lower level. It was a nice surprise for them. Ha ha»

«We had 3 families (6 adults and 9 kids ranging from 9 to 16) coming up to ski at Bretton Woods. The house was in a great location with an easy drive to the resort across the street. There was plenty of space for our big group. The house was well stocked and clean. It was amazing waking up to a beautiful view of the mountain every morning. The house was a hit with everyone…highly recommend!»
