Villa AMA with Private Pool

Villa aMA is located on the hill above the lake in a privileged position that offers both privacy and a beautiful private panorama.

From the Gardesana road, which runs along the lake, you reach the villa by driving along a narrow hill road surrounded by other houses and, in about 600 metres, you arrive at Villa aMA.



The Villa was entirely renovated in 2025 and designed to meet the requests of our international clientele.

Crossing the pedestrian gate and climbing a staircase, one directly accesses the garden and pool area of the Villa, which boasts a breathtaking 180-degree view of Lake Garda and a garden with many plant varieties and a well-maintained herb garden.



Interiors



GROUND FLOOR

The main entrance is located on the ground floor

The villa welcomes its guests with a first air-conditioned living area with an indoor dining table, a living room with a large sofa and smart TV, from which to enjoy the lake view thanks to the large windows that give access to the terrace and the pool area.

The terrace is furnished with a large dining table with an umbrella and armchairs to enjoy the panorama and sip your first morning coffee or to relax at sunset.



The kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary accessories to prepare lunches and dinners for your family holiday.

On this floor you will find the first master bedroom with a large window with lake view, equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a second master bedroom with French window with external bathroom with shower.

On this floor there is a laundry area with washing machine and dryer



FIRST FLOOR

From the living room, a wide designer staircase leads to the first floor.

You are welcomed by the spacious living area with a sofa and smart TV, also equipped with a second fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and all necessary equipment.

From the living room you can enjoy the fantastic lake view and directly access the terrace through sliding glass doors.

The sleeping area consists of two other rooms: a master suite with a large window and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the last double bedroom with bathroom with shower and window overlooking the lake.

The entire house is air-conditioned and heated.



EXTERNAL

Positioned on the external terrace on the ground floor, there is an outdoor dining table with an umbrella, overlooking the garden and pool area

The private pool is not heated and is equipped with an external solar shower and surrounded by a garden with sunbeds for guests.

Outside the access gate, we have 3 uncovered outdoor parking spaces available.

Water sports: windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing and canoeing are some of the activities you can practise in the lake's crystal-clear waters.

Cycling: Lake Garda is surrounded by cycle paths suitable for all levels, from easy family trips to challenging routes for experienced cyclists.
