«This was a great beach location with a wonderful view. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are filling the house up with people. We had two families with 6 kids and it was not quite big enough and not enough kitchen supplies. If it was two of us and we only occupied the master bedroom it would be fine. Everything a little dated (dishwasher needs replaced) and the pictures make it seem like there is more room than there is. Good value?»

«Trail of ants in the living room and kitchen. Dryer wasn't working properly. Grass hadn't been mowed in months and was at least a foot tall. Compared to neighboring waterfront properties, this place looks like it hasn't been tended to and not lived in. And the HVAC unit was on the fritz our entire stay. The fan wouldn't turn off and the house stayed at nearly 80 degrees unless we kept all the doors open. Also, there aren't screens on any of the windows so forget about just being able to leave a ...

We used the bus lines to get around as we are not very mobile. The property is close to the top of the hill so walking is mostly a vertical challenge. «Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. «Location was fabulous and the space was lovely. However the kitchen needs a few things: dishtowels and place mats. Also parking can be a big problem; although a zone parking pass is provided it can be difficult to impossible to find a space in the evening. One night we had to park more than 4 blocks away after driving around for almost a half hour. This is the not the agencies fault given how congested the neighborhood is but just be aware. »
