Enkelt og greit for overnatting. Ligger i stille og rolig gate hvor det er lite parkeringsplasser. lett å komme seg til sentrum med noen hundre meters gange til trikkeholdeplass. Veldig hyggelig pizzarestaurant rett over gaten som også kan anbefales

Greit for overnatting på farten.
Ankom sent på ettermiddagen. Nøkkel til leiligheten lå i boks utenfor. Du fikk nøkkel ved å taste kode du får av hotellet. Rommet var stort og romslig for oss. Delte bad og kjøkken med en annen leilighet. Var litt vanskelig med parkering ettersom at det var litt fullt i gatene. Ellers ett greit sted å stoppe for natten.

Perfect place for family of four
It was a very nice place to stay. Parking next to the house. Easy to access with keys. It was raining when we were there. The sound from the rain during night was a little annoying. Also the stairs to the apartment at built wrong, so the water stays in the stairs.

Wir haben ja bereits nach dem Aufenthalt mehrfach miteinander geschrieben und uns auch vor Ort direkt getroffen.Fazit daraus: bitte während des Aufenthaltes sich melden und Umstände reklamieren, die nicht nach Ihren Vorstellungen sind. Nach dem Check out ist das leider zu spät.Ihnen alles Gute und vielleicht geben Sie uns nächstes Jahr noch einmal eine Chance...

Ausgeprägter Nikotin Geruch schlug uns entgegen. Die Matratzen vom Doppelbett waren völlig durchgelegen, Bett knarzt. Das Bad ist winzig, Waschbecken ist so schmal, dass zwangsläufig viel Wasser auf den Boden läuft. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig, man bekommt jede Bewegung der Nachbarn mit. Kaum Ablagefläche für Sachen und Kleidung.

Liebe Claudia,danke für Ihr Feedback.Wir haben uns nach Ihrem Aufenthalt sofort darum gekümmert und die Hinweise behandelt.Die Aufteilung und Größe der unterschiedlichen Wohnungen ist jeder Einheit zugeordnet und kann vorher auch auf allen Fotos eingesehen werden. Schade, dass dieses nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprach.In den größeren Wohnungen sind ausreichend Plätze und größere Badezimmer vorhanden.Wir danken dennoch für Ihre Hinweise, nur so können wir uns verbessern.feldhouse

Für einen Städtetrip ideal
Ich war dort eine Nacht für einen geschäftlichen Städtetrip. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis finde ich prima. Das Zimmer ist einfach und klein, aber sauber, und entspricht der Bremer Architektur (enge Strassen, kleine Häuser) Das Badezimmer ist äusserst klein, aber für ein, zwei Nächte ausreichend. Die Bremer Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Bei der Ankunft war das Büro besetzt und wir wurden freundlich und gut über alles informiert. Mir hat die Fußläufigkeit zur Bremer Innenstadt sehr gut gefallen und ich würde für einen Kurztrip jederzeit wieder hier buchen-

Good and comfortable apartment, easy to find free parking just near by street parking. If you want to drive to downtown, you can find free parking near the A&O hostel and then walk to old downtown.

I stayed at a semi-basement room. I do not recommend this room because of a musty smell and small beds not accompanying 4 persons. Also parking is very limited, almost impossible.

Dear Pasi, thanks for staying in feldhouse last week. sorry, that they did not find the fieldhouse the same, but the directions and the address are listed everywhere, also in google maps. the bathroom is shared only studio 4 and 5. that is also so mentioned in the description. It is called studio 4 with communal bath. We are happy if you want to live with us again

Parking sucks
We communicated ahead of time that we'd be getting in after hours, and got directions to get access to a key. It was not there, and weren't about to get ahold of anyone to get the key. We tried calling and emailing with no luck. After almost two hours between trying to find the place bc the road we closed and we had to come in a different way, finding a parking spot, and no luck getting ahold of the owner, Hotels.com helped up find a different hotel for the night. So it might actually be really nice.

Dear Guest, We are very sorry that you have not checked in with us and we regret that you had to spend a long time looking for a parking space. But that can not be attributed to us: We had sent you the code and it worked, as with all other guests for years. Your key was available, I can not tell you why it was, that you did not get this out of the safe. Parking is free in all adjacent streets. Unfortunately it is harder to find a place at night. You can not attribute this to us negatively either. Our Keysafe offers just about all guests who arrive later the possibility of a 24-hour check in Too bad that it did not work for you.

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, das Viertel ist nicht weit und mit Bus und Straßenbahn kommt man sowieso auch schnell überall hin. Das Wohngebiet, in dem die Unterkünfte sind, ist sehr nett und ruhig. Parken kann man an der Straße, evtl. nicht direkt vor dem Haus, aber in den umliegenden Straßen findet man sicher immer was, man muss nur aufpassen, da alles Einbahnstraßen sind. Das Zimmer war ausreichend geräumig. Das Bad recht klein, aber für mich hat es gereicht, zudem war es sauber. Im Zimmer ließ die Sauberkeit vor allem in den Ecken etwas zu wünschen übrig. Für eine Übernachtung fand ich es in ok, das Bett und der Boden waren sauber, das ist erstmal das wichtigste. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, sobald andere Gäste das Treppenhaus betreten, hört man alles. Check-In über die Schlüsselbox hat bestens funktioniert, die Kommunikation diesbezüglich mit dem Vermieter über E-Mail war perfekt. 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge habe ich: Zum einen Verdunkelungsvorhänge oder Rollos vor dem Fenster, das war doch recht hell. Zum anderen eine Optimierung der Fernseh-und Radiokanäle. Dass man in Bremen hauptsächlich süddeutsche Sender sehen und hören kann, fand ich nicht so schön.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns optimal, es war eine gute fußläufige Entfernung zu unserem Ziel, daher hatten wir das Feldhouse auch ausgewählt. Die Sauberkeit läßt leider zu wünschen übrig, uns ist etwas unter das Bett gekullert, omG wie lange war da wohl schon nicht geputzt. Auch der Zustand des Apartments läßt zu wünschen übrig, es wäre eine Renovierung erforderlich. Die Überdecke auf dem Bett war schmutzig, das Bettlaken hatte Löcher. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war sehr nett und die Informationen sehr zielführend. Das Badezimmer ist raumoptimiert, man kann keinesfalls umfallen, das Waschbecken ist viel zu klein, es ist eigentlich für ein Gäste-WC gedacht, für eine normale Morgentoilette zu winzig. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft wahrscheinlich dennoch wieder buchen.

Lovely apartment in Bremen
When we reached Bremen the skies opened up and we were met by thunder and lightning and high winds, making it slightly difficult to find our way to Feldhouse. But after circling the area a few times we found it and were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. There was a double bed and a sofa along with a fold out bed, a table and a TV. Outside of the room, in the communal area, was a kitchen and the shower room. This area is shared with one more apartment. Outside Feldhouse is a nice Italian restaurant which I can highly recommend, but bring cash as they don't accept cards.

Family holiday August 2018
Travelled as a family of 4, spent 5 days here and enjoyed both the area and accommodation. Owner is very helpful and on site during the weekdays, plenty to do nearby and the main city is a short walk away (30 mins). Should we ever visit again we would definately stay here as it was an ideal location to travel outside of Bremen with good motorway links about 10 mins away. Local shops in the area are also close by and plenty of places to eat out in the area.

We really liked the Feldhouse. The apartment was very spacious and clean and had large windows that opened up. There was also a fan to use. One comfortable double bed and two sofa beds (also comfortable) made it perfect for our family of five. We also really liked the location; quiet and residential but with restaurants and bars close and about 15 min walk in to the beautiful historic citycentre.

Cute Apartment, Lousy Parking
The location was in a residential neighborhood that lacked parking. Although there is on-street parking, it was virtually impossible to find. The day we arrived, I drove around for an hour trying to find the house because there was construction that resulted in a street closure, which we were not made aware of prior to our arrival and our GPS became confused with all of the one-way streets. Once we found the house, there was no on-street parking available, so we had to drive around until someone left. However, the next morning we were greeted by an angry neighbor woman who threatened to call the police on us because we had parked in her spot. There was nothing visible that stated it was an assigned spot and when we called to ask the owner where to park, we were told to park "anywhere," which was not helpful. I was not going to risk having a rental car towed, so we had to drive around looking for parking extensively each time we left the building and returned to ensure we were in a safe space. In addition, our apartment was at the very top of the stairs, and there was no elevator. It was difficult hauling huge suitcases up all the flights of stairs, especially for someone post knee surgery. The apartment itself was cute and comfortable. Although we were told someone would be in the office until 6, we arrived at 4:30 and the office was closed. Getting the key out of the code box was easy, but it would have been nice to have someone there to explain the parking situation.

Dear Guest. Thank you, first of all, for booking the feldhouse and for the nice, that you liked the appartement and the statd. regarding the park situation it is difficult from 20 o'clock in the evening partly, however all parking lots are free in the quarter. Good location - But cannot recommend.
Quite small maisonette a nice big bed upstairs was very comfortable but the area is not well ventilated and so made the attempt at sleep in this area very hot and stuffy. We are fit and still found the stair up to the bed reasonably awkward. The shower was adequate but the basin is tiny and the toilet is very tight to the walls. There is a big couch down stairs (shown in the picture of the unit on Hotels.com) which can also convert to a bed - but this is truly not a place for four people there is not enough room. There is a Senseo coffee machine. Under the couch and table it's all quite dirty. The locality is nice, quiet and easy walk to everything - we really liked the location. Unfortunately this accommodation is only a 3 out of 10. Parking can be hard to find.

Ihan hyvä huone, joka tosin oli todella kuuma. Itsepalvelu-check-in sujui helposti, kun olin etukäteen soittanut ja pyytänyt pin-koodin. Sen pitäisi tulla sähköpostilla, mutta ainakaan minulle ei tullut. Jaetussa keittiössä hyvä varustus ja jääkaapista voi ostaa edullisia juomia. Wi-Fi toimi erinomaisesti. Vessan ovenkahva putosi lattialle ovea suljettaessa. Kaiken kaikkiaan kuitenkin hintaan nähden hyvä majoitusvaihtoehto.

Good city location
Lovely suburb of Bremen, nice walk into city centre and nice bars / restaurants close by. Good simple family room and facilities, perfect for a short good value break.

Hyggeligt og centralt liggende hotel
Fint hotel liggende tæt på centrum, gik lidt rundt i byen og var også nede og se stadion.
