Wished the weather would have been better so we could have enjoyed the covered porch more and the outdoor spaces but we did enjoy our coffee sitting out on the porch listening to the birds and bundled up real good to take a stroll around the resort. «The chickadee treehouse was amazing! We stayed for 3 nights and wish we would have booked a longer trip. The treehouse is exactly how it is advertised. Such a cute and wonderful experience. It’s about 15 minutes from Waco and about 1hr & 30 minutes from Fort Worth stockyards. The treehouse is clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. »

"OK hotel in Waco. Location is good. The hallways and elevators seemed dirty but the room was clean. I tried some milk at breakfast but it was full of lumps. I checked the fridge and all of the milk had expired several days ago. I told the staff but the next morning the same expired milk was in the fridge. They had not been removed. I expected them to replace the old milk with new ones."
