«We had a fantastic stay at The Old Rectory. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable we had in a 3 week tour of the UK! The host, Dave was lovely. So helpful in recommending local sights, and made a wonderful breakfast and coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic as well, Easy to walk to the High Street, beautiful bridge and walking trails, Annan museum, and restaurants etc. Thank you!»

«The room I was allocated was a single bed in a what I can only describe as a converted shed at the rear of the property. Damp and very cramped .. with the toilet 2 feet from your headboard .. awful smell of sewer as well .. £90!? Not worth that at all .. will not return.»
