«The place was clean on entry. Everything in the home was in good working order. All lights, TVs, etc worked well. Cooking in the kitchen was a joy with everything I needed to cook breakfast and heat up basic dinners. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. Doug was a great and responsive host. I’d stay again!»

«Me and my friends were there for our friend’s bridal shower. We had a great time. Ian and Sarah were very easy to communicate and understood our situation when we wanted to move our stay to a week earlier and also helped in adjusting our pricing. «The house was perfect for three (3) couples. Plenty of room for all throughout the house. Conveniently located to the downtown Sunapee area. Looking forward to coming back to try the Sunapee Lake cruises (we were there before these were running).Great views of the sparkling blue water of the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped although 2 of the frying pans were well "used" by others. Enjoyed the nice variety of teas that were there and keurig coffee pods. Thank-you for the lovely ...

«The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home. Parts of floors were peeling and walls needed painting to cover patch jobs. The appliances were a bit quirky (the microwave would not open after heating food and we had to unplug it). The host was responsive when we arrived to check in and the cleaning crew was still there. The location was great for skiiing. »
