Great place to relax and absolutely beautiful condo! The complex feels like an exclusive neighborhood. Very safe and enjoyed walking every morning. So close to the island I would come every year!!! Easy access to everything!

Seas The Day, West Bradenton, FL

Some of the unforgettable aspects of our vacation with family was the combination of substandard maintenance and management, starting with dirty floors, no dishwasher, no television in the second bedroom and no pool access in the first half of the eight days, followed by water outage and the broken building elevator during the last two days, much of which Seabreeze was initially unaware and always claimed was some other group's responsibility. Apparently, the major responsibility of Seabreeze is to collect money for itself and the owner with little concern for the enjoyment of guests, which in this case included a handicapped person less able to handle stairs, left on the second floor. The one praiseworthy person was the handyman who did his best to help us get the place ready for the next unsuspecting guests.

Relaxing Stay

This was probably one of the most restful trips I’ve taken, and I prepared the least for. I usually come prepared with a few items but I was in a rush, however the condo had everything we needed in the kitchen with trash bags, dish soap and detergent, and all of the beach equipment we could need. It was quite, clean, spacious and peaceful. The area was gated and safe to let our teens to walk around. And the covered parking in the Florida heat was perfect! The only thing that would have made the trip better was closer walking access to the beach as parking is more on the lean side. The property and the prompt responsiveness of the property management was great and I would highly recommend this property to others. The only thing I’d recommend is a broom or vacuum so guests can keep the flat clean a bit easier.

Beautiful property in great location!

This was a beautiful property with all the comforts of home! Well stocked with TP, paper towels, soap etc. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Comfortable beds and beachy/cute furniture and decor. Well stocked locker with all the necessary beach gear. The pool was gorgeous and tropical although was sometimes crowded because it's pretty small. Only a few minutes drive to the beach. We would definitely return to this property!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was decorated very nice and very clean. Easy check in and out process. The location was ok, not walking distance from anything except for one terrible restaurant. We had a car so it was easy to get around and everything is just a few miles away.

Wonderful stay!

The location was great and the condo was incredibly clean. We enjoyed our girls weekend so much and would love to go back! The beach chairs, beach towels, and bikes were perfect. We also really appreciated the soap and detergent provided. We had all that we needed and really just had to show up! Great stay. 10/10 would recommend!

Spacious, comfortable and relaxing

We had a great time at this property and would absolutely stay here again. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our week stay. The location was perfect as it allowed us to easily get on the island for beaches and restaurants but also allowed us easy access to The soccer complex in Lakewood Ranch without having to worry about getting backed up on the bridge.

Amazing Stay

This place was amazing, clean, bright, and honestly we always found ourselves ordering take out and going back to the place to enjoy how spacious and beautiful it was. The balcony was amazing for morning and evening coffee nook. Beds and bathroom was great. Staff was super helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Pool was nice and location was great. 4 minute drive to the beach and close to the grocery store as well as restaurants. Cant wait to stay here again.

such a lovely, lovely, place to stay!!!!

Utterly beautiful. The window runs all the length of the main room. In the distance you can see a bit of water. There are palms and breezes. The unit is impeccably decorated. There is everything you could possibly need there. The kitchen utensils, dishes etc. are high quality. Just can't say enough.

Nice Place and Location

This condo was a great place to stay. It was clean and new and nice for our younger kids as they had a playground, splash pad and pool. Also, location was great as it was just a minute from the bridge to take you to Anna Maria Island. One thing I would say that needs to be fixed, which was mentioned in other posts, is the water within the condo had a smell to it. We really only noticed this in the two bathroom sinks.

This property was beautiful, spacious, and in a quiet location close to Anna Maria Island. The owners have done a lovely job decorating with comfortable furniture. We did have a couple issues that we tried to speak with someone about, but nobody returned our message all week even though we texted photos of our concerns. The water in the bathrooms has a sulfur odor so we had to use bottled water. Paper products were only half of what is posted for bathrooms and kitchen so guests should plan accordingly. Blankets and floors needed to be washed on our first day which was disappointing. Sheets were fresh, but the blankets and bedspreads hadn’t been washed after previous guests based on what was on them. The owners have provided a relaxing home; however, communication and details regarding missed items by cleaning staff need to be resolved.

Great facility, conveniently located to attractions at the beach or in the city.

Very clean and well appointed condo! Good amenity package with a pool, two gas BBQ grills, outdoor seating, playground and splash pad for children. The property managers for this unit were very customer centric as they quickly answered calls regarding some questions we had about the unit. My only suggestion would be the additions of blinds on the glass doors or or roll down sun screens on the porch as around sunset it was hot and bright.

Great overall experience!

Overall, this rental experience was wonderful. Beautiful unit, great location, well maintained. We only had one little problem with the unit and once I made a call, a handyman was able to come over and fix it the next day.

Wonderful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and felt like new. It was well decorated, comfy beds, kitchen well stocked. There was a cooler to use for beach..pool noodles, plenty of Beach towels and bikes! The only thing that would have been nice were beach chairs instead of camp chairs. I would stay here again!

Coronavirus Cancellation

We were scheduled to stay at the property April 11-19th, but unfortunately due to the coronavirus pandemic we were forced to cancel our reservation just 2 weeks before arrival. Our cancellation was outside the minimum 90 day cancellation window and according to our rental agreement we were not entitled to a refund. We contacted Deborah and asked if a refund was possible. We were first offered a credit to be used at a later date but this would not work for us as we had planned on meeting overseas relatives and could not reschedule. Deborah was kind enough to approach the owner who agreed to a 100% refund. This is not consistent with other VRBO/HomeAway guests who for the large part lost their payment completely or were offered a credit. While we obviously did not stay at the unit and can not comment on the unit itself, our experience with the property manager was amazing! We sincerely thank Deborah and the owner for their understanding during this challenging time and look forward to rebooking at a future date!!
