The guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for a parent and child or two guests who need their own sleeping space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. One Particular Harbour is set at the base of the Manatee Avenue bridge — one mile from Anna Maria Island's Gulf beaches, walking distance to Floridays Waterfront Grill, and minutes from everyday conveniences. Guests consistently report not needing their car for the entire stay.

The resort amenities for short-term guests include the heated pool, splash pad, playground, grilling area, gated security, and covered parking. Beach chairs, towels, and beach gear are provided.
