From resort-style amenities to beautiful beaches, you will have everything you need for an unforgettable getaway vacation or a long-term stay experience.

This new two bedroom 2 bath condo offers a partial courtyard view and spacious accommodations. The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo includes a king sized bed, a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee.

Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open on the property.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This private island paradise is a 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island and to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping areas.

One Particular Harbour is a secure, gated community offering covered parking with extra parking out front of the unit. It has elevator access.

Relaxing and convenient stay!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it is always welcoming! We love staying here for the convenience of being close to the island as well as the cleanliness of the location. I always enjoy staying here and look forward to future trips!

Great place!

We enjoyed the stay at the condo, it was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the pool every day before and after the beach. The beach was only a few minutes drive from the place. We also enjoyed the restaurant that was near the complex.

Comfortable & clean. Frustrating check in

The property was clean and spacious but not well stocked. No shampoo/conditioner, barely enough TP. Check in was a mess. Got a mumbled text to go across the bridge in traffic to get the keys. No one was at the office to get our keys. Stood out in the pouring rain making calls to property manager to then find out they had left the keys in a drop box there (why not put that In The text?) then figuring out which gate to use key for at property was confusing. Other than that the property was spacious and comfortable and clean. The traffic was bad getting over the bridge each day to go to the beach so the drive time was longer than expected.

Perfection!

This place was perfect for our needs. Loved the evident thoughtfulness for the amenities…especially the plug-ins for electronic devices. I brought the ones needed, but never had to use them. I also liked that there were tabs above the electrical switches.explained what would “turn-on/off” fans etc.

Just right!

The place and location was just right. The closeness to the beaches made it so easy to go to the beach anytime of the day. On lazy days, the place gave me and my nephew plenty of space to read a good book while he watched tv. The beds were both so comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Plenty of beach supplies. It was extremely clean, not clutter with decor.

Relaxing!

The condo was fantastic! Thank You for the wonderful 5 days! The elevator needs an air freshener - horrible musky smell!! Getting into the property we misunderstood and thought the code would work and then get the key in the morning! We called the number and the poor gal did not understand! She needed to tell us to go to the office and get the key and the key fab to get in! The pool area was excellent- wish it was open longer in the evening. The storage area with the wagon, and beach items was amazing!!! BONUS! We left our sunscreen in there for others also! We recommend this condo for others to rent!!

Amazing 3 weeks!

We stayed for 3 weeks in March and it was perfect. Close the beaches, Anna Maria Island, great restaurants and a fun drive down the islands to Long Boat Key. The pool area was fun and lively, and sharing the outdoor grill was nice to have. The condo was clean, spacious, and cozy. The master bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure and was hot. We enjoyed cooking in most day as the kitchen was really nice. We were a little nervous with our view of parking lot but it was quiet and we enjoyed the palm trees in front of porch, birds singing in the morning, and a glimpse of a sunset each night through the buildings made it special for us! We loved the area and we be back!

Nice get away

The property was fine. We had ants in a bathroom and the AC did not work properly. But the local property management people addressed it in a few different steps. The property complex is nice. This is our third stay in the complex. There is a tendency by some listings that are not clear you need to stay for 30 days to use extra amenities but there are nearby health clubs to use. We will probably go there again. Close to the beach and fairly new property,

Wonderful, clean and great location!

Your condo was really nice, updated, stocked with everything you'd need and then some! The location was great and central to all the fun. The only thing that I would do is change the description and take out pool view because it doesn't have that. Also the toaster needs to be upgraded. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back to rent again if we stay in the area. Thank You!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was very clean, loved the open floor plan, bed was very comfortable, and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would suggest is not advertise as a pool view. The condo was on the pool side but the view was the back of the pool house, it didn't matter to us, but some people may expect a view of the actual pool. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay! Beautifully decorated, spacious, well stocked kitchen, clean, and we felt very safe in the gated community. Enjoyed the covered parking, the storage unit with a wagon, umbrella, beach mats, and beach chairs. Manatee Beach was no more than 5 minutes over the bridge, as well as shops, restaurants, Publix, Historic Bridge Street, and many other Anna Maria Island landmarks, piers, and beaches. Highly recommend!

Overall great stay

We stayed for 6 nights in this very clean and modern condo. We really enjoyed the area and found the condo to be almost perfect. There were some things that could have been better. The handle to the freezer fell off repeatedly. Th in the fridge ice and water dispenser were so slow, that we gave up and bought water jugs. The pots and pans were rather limited. I ended up cooking things in the wok because it was the only thing big enough. The benches for the dining room table were very unstable. We were afraid to sit on them. Extra trash bags and dishwasher pods would have been nice. Beach chairs, even nicer. It was so close to a 5. Definitely room for improvement with the nightly price point.

All around wonderful place

Four adults rented the property at One Particular Harbor. The condo was fabulous and had everything you could need and it was furnished beautifully. We especially loved the screened in Balcony. The kitchen was wonderfully supplied. The location was perfect. It was a short distance to Anna Maria but close enough to access the beach and restaurants easily. We would definitely stay again.
