This is a lovely second floor gulf-front unit in a small complex with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom providing beautiful views of the gulf from either the living room or the bedroom. The complex is just a hundred feet from the white sandy private beach. There are beach towels, chairs, and toys for guests to enjoy while at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen might look small but it has all the appliances necessary to prepare any meal. Guests will find a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove and sink along with more than enough counter space. The living room has a comfortable couch and chairs situated around a flat screen TV. There is also a small table for two placed just outside the kitchen door. There is a shared balcony with other units but a dedicated table and chairs for guests to use. The bedroom comes with a king size bed with gulf view and a full bathroom including toilet, sink, and shower tub.

We offer four beach chairs and one umbrella for your visit!

Bedroom Layout: #1 king size bed. Sleeps 2

Parking is limited to one vehicle!

The property is placed just a short distance from dozens of restaurants, bars, live entertainment, and retail stores.

- Pet Policy: This property is dog friendly. Maximum 1 pet, 25lb and under. $200.00 pet fee which will be collected by the LoveRentals team post-booking. If you will be bringing your dog, please reach out to us for the breed/weight restrictions.

Please note: without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of a Non-Refundable $500 and possible eviction so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owner accepts full responsibility for the dog. Aggressive breeds are NOT allowed.

The entire building is a fire hazard. There are over 12 steps to the top floor with no exterior lights anywhere outside the building. Also, the front door to enter or exit is swollen and the door knobs wiggles, where you don't know if you can enter or exit. The entire place was filthy. Floors, shower and the sheets were stained and hair on the towels. coffee cups had terrible brown stains on them. The stove has rust on it. Only one electrical outlet worked. The entire place was dirty and rust on the closet floor where the door would slide and bathtub. So outdated to the point the very first night we were on the phone with VRBO and Love Rentals complaining. We drove 2 days to get there to sleep on top of the bed with our robes and did not use anything and left before 8 am the very next morning just to drive 2 days back home. This place is dump.

The location on the beach was ideal. Overlooking the beach from the shared 2nd floor balcony. Not very crowded in front of the building. The unit was extremely clean and perfect for a nice four day getaway. Will definitely return.

This spot is on the 2nd floor right on the beach in the shade of 2 trees! The location is the absolute selling point of this property. Those 2 trees provide shade on the balcony in the afternoon so the unit doesn’t get unbearably hot. The communication was EXCELLENT! We had a couple issues, some resolved ASAP, others had to take a little time but the people behind the communications through VRBO was immediate and helpful. The unit inside is cute and perfect for 2 people. We cooked almost every night, they have the basics so if you plan on needing a blender or to bake you should bring some specialty items with you. The air conditioner works really well and we were comfortable at 73 degrees.I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness because something was being stored under the bed and it was crazy dusty. The bedroom lamps were unplugged so we had to move the bed to plug them back in and saw the massive buildup of dust there as well. We communicated through VRBO, they had me send pictures so they could send to the property manager so I’m sure it will be perfect for the next travelers. Other than the dust under/behind the bed - the living room, kitchen & bathroom were all clean and tidy.We will definitely stay here again.
After the sunset you can really see the 2 trees and then the beautiful view from the balcony
We would move the outside table closer to the edge for breakfast/lunch/dinner or when we wanted to hang out and just put it back when we were done so as to not get in the way of the other people
I known it’s “just” a tree but that tree made a world of difference blocking that sun when it would set. Say thank you to that tree!!

Sister vacation!

This property was exactly as presented on -line. It was very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The property manager and staff were extremely accommodating. The view was a million dollar view. We enjoyed our stay, and most likely will stay there again.

Beautiful View

View was perfect. Place was clean. Great stay. Only complaint was the shower. I’m tall and I would shower in the dark because the window didn’t have a blind or curtain and overlooked the street. Otherwise, it was a great and quiet stay.

Perfect

We were their for our nieces wedding. We both wanted on the beach and this place was perfect. Exactly as pictured. Very clean and stocked with a must for me a coffee maker which I enjoyed coffee right outside our door in the early morning watching the waves. Very quiet around us at night. Very nice “neighbors” also. We stayed 4 nights and everywhere we wanted to go was a very short distance away. Highly recommend

Convenient

On beach location makes beaching it incredibly simple. Was nice to have our dog. Provided us with everything we needed. There is enough businesses within a short distance, allowing you to not have to travel off island, avoiding majority of traffic. Property Manager was very communicative and helpful.

Awesome location and view

We really liked that it was right on the ocean, just steps from the beach, with such a gorgeous view from both bedroom and living room. (Blinds in bedroom need to be replaced! Hard to open and close). The place could use a little bit of updating - lots of miscellaneous junk/stuff laying around and in drawers, closet doors are ready to fall apart, fridge was very rusty looking, beach umbrellas were broken, bathroom faucet drain was open, etc. Plus the listing said there was a dishwasher. I knew there was not one because of other reviews so no big deal but they made sure to give you the dishwasher pods! Lol. TV was tricky but the on-site manager was very prompt in helping us.

Great location and view from porch.

The location and property is great, so close to beach and water. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The bathroom sink needs a stopper and faucet strainer cleaned or replaced. People need to be aware of the 14 steps to climb to reach the apartment. They also need to be aware that the advertised price ends up being almost twice that much.

Property needs some attention and updating. Towels were worn and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The faucet in bathroom sprays all over you when it’s turned on. Over all not bad for a short stay. Great beach location.

Five stars really has to impress me.

This is my second stay. The pet friendly aspect was why I originally chose. Any issues were resolved quickly the first stay, and had none this year. It may be time to upgrade the fridge, as a few times it sounded like it wanted to take off. Also, the bathroom sink has no stopper which isn’t a problem for me, but I’d hate for someone to lose a wedding ring due to the lack of a $20 repair.
