«HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The host was terrible to work with. What was suppose to be a 4 night stay turned into a one night stay. They misrepresented the property which Expedia did confirm. The Expedia representative told me that the host was being difficult with them as well, claiming that they could not understand them. The host still charged us the full $250 cleaning fee for the one night stay. Multiple light bulbs in the house were not working, paint removed from walls, loose railing on ...

3. 7BR Museum House by Casinos & Yantic River

Sentrum Norwich

«There unfortunately are some issues that need to be fixed for this place to be a good experience for large groups. Some of the A/Cs were not working and the dumpsters being full made it difficult to dispose our trash after our stay. We also noticed mice and mice droppings and that the bathroom door didn't lock or have toilet paper. With the heat, it did not make the stay pleasant. But was very disappointed on the outcome of the house when we checked in and the experience we had during our stay. ...

11. Charming estate on Norwich Green, near casinos

Norwichtown

«Great location for family gathering! Casino, shopping, restaurants, historic area, great fenced backyard and playhouse in addition to an amazing well appointed home that had plenty of room for our blended family. This is situated right off the green and very convenient! The down side to this is that from the front rooms at night you may hear traffic, so light sleepers should get the rooms (there are 8 with 1 very small tandem bedroom) farther back in the house. We will definitely go back!»

13. Peaceful Private Home by Two Casinos in the Woods

Preston

«Our hosts were very accessible throughout our stay and addressed minor issues quickly. The single level sleeping areas were great for our elderly parents and the beds were super comfortable! The property is obviously getting updated and the updates are very nice. While it sits close to a main road, none of our group reported having trouble sleeping due to traffic noise. Due to the "woodsy" nature of the property, there are a lot of bumble bees, wasps and spiders that on occasion may find their ...

New London

«Was way too many stairs, was unaware of how many, pictures of place very deceiving, the stair railing was wobbly, and then there was work being done on it and no to very little railing, the chemicals that were used to clean the place was very overwhelming to the point of myself being sick the whole time I was there, also very strong air freshener, there was 18 steps to the porch and another 13 to the bedrooms and bathroom, the motion lights would go on an off all by themselves, the volume on the ...
