Hoteller nær Bowlero White Plains

«Rooms are incredibly comfortable with a seating room to relax in.»

«Well, maintained property and great location!»

«Ikke mye å sette finger på for dette hotellet.»

«We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but we were a bit disappointed with the use of disposable cutlery and plates. For a hotel in this price range, we expected more sustainable solutions. It would be great if they could use reusable alternatives to reduce waste and be more environmentally friendly. Otherwise, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.»

«Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected.»

«After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is ...

«Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. »

«did not respond from the morning day of check-in. Responded to me all the way up until the day I was supposed to stay in the house do not book with these people they are scamming»

«It was a scam the house was never a villa and someone lives there they lied and are scammers»

«The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!»

«Front desk was very helpful, lent me their charger. Room was very spacious and clean.»

«Staff is very helpful and property is clean. Our room was lacking outlets and the tub faucet didn't work. Maintenance tried to fix it but was unable to do so. Breakfast was fine but paper plates were awkward for hot food (only hotel on our trip to not use real dishes including another Marriott). Trays would have helped.»

«WiFi seemingly only available if becoming honors member. Large room »

«Fantasktisk flott hotell beliggende rett ved vannkanten. Service var helt topp. Flott bar og restaurant med utsikt mot havnen.»

«I will definitely be back. such a great hotel. Especially love the lobby and staff; the rooms are super cute and cozy.»
