Villa ved stranden på Caymanøyene

Ligger rett ved det glitrende karibiske hav, er hjemmet vårt en av 6 separate villaer i viktige North Side, Grand Cayman.
Villaen vår har en fantastisk panoramautsikt over Det karibiske hav med utsikt over stranden fra stue i første etasje, så vel som fra det store soverommet og den tilstøtende balkongen. Innenfor bokstavelig talt bare noen få skritt fra de doble skyvedørene finner du deg selv på den myke sandstranden med miles av krystallklart vann for å utforske myldrende med sunne grunne korallrev og en overflod av marine vann under vann.
Det er en privat gårdsplass og inngangsdør, samt uteservering på terrassen ved havet. Villaen vår har plass til 6 personer.
Grand Cayman er en eksklusiv, skattefri, stabil og trygg øy med de vennligste innbyggerne i Karibia. Det er et utmerket utvalg av uformelle restauranter ved havet innen 2 - 10 minutter fra villaen. Disse inkluderer The Lighthouse Restaurant, The Wreck Bar at Rum Point, Kaibo Beach Bar, Over The Edge og Tukka.

We had an amazing five-night stay in the Cayman Islands! The villa was absolutely perfect for family of five. It’s right on the beach with stunning ocean views. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up just steps from the water made the experience unforgettable.The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. We spent our days swimming, enjoying the beach, and exploring the island, and it truly felt like a little slice of paradise.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway in the north part of Grand Cayman. We would love to come back!

The house was lovely, clean and well cared for. Disappointed that the showers weren’t functional. Also disappointed with the swimming as was quite weedy and very uneven but we still got in and got wet. Very quit location which was nice.

We had a great week! Clear communication with the host leading up to our stay, so we knew what to expect when we arrived. The villa is very clean, welcoming, and well stocked. It is in a quiet location, and very easy to get around the island with a car to other beaches and restaurants. We would recommend!

Robert’s place was beautiful and he was very quick to respond! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t hold up the way we wanted so we weren’t able to enjoy some of the amenities. If the wind faced another direction, the water would have been perfect for snorkelling! The house was well stocked with almost everything you would need and the grocery store isn’t far down the road for the rest. The chickens and roosters quickly became a highlight of the trip! Starfish beach became our go-to and we enjoyed walking to Over the Edge Cafe! We would definitely go back!

We found this home well furnished and in great condition. Included in cabinets we found salt, pepper, soy sauce, cumin, basil, Montreal seasoning, thyme, lemon pepper, baking soda, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, Sweet n low, salsa, maple syrup, coffee filters, aluminum foil, insect repellant, and sun screen.

Six of us had a great stay. It was awesome being right on the beach. It was windy during our stay, so the snorkeling was not excellent as the waves were affecting the visibility. Water shoes are recommended to help you navigate the first five feet before the sea grass when entering the ocean. House was clean and perfect for our needs over the seven nights that we stayed.

Amazing spring getaway

We wanted to take our two teenagers somewhere warm and sunny for vacation. They wanted snorkeling and diving so we selected Cayman and found this beautiful property that had plenty of room for our family. The house was very nice, equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Since the location is not super close to Georgetown, we planned to have meals at home. We went to Foster's grocery store about 20 min. away which had a good selection. We went diving from the east side at Tortuga and did the kayak bioluminescent tour from Rum Point and both were an easy drive from the house. The kids loved Stingray City as well. We would definitely return for another adventure!

Peace and quiet

Our family of 5 enjoyed our Northside stay in this home.Check in is simple, easy communication with owners. Home was clean and organized. The ocean is right outside your door and the sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. The beach is rocky here as it is in a lot of areas but you can still carefully walk barefoot and find all the sea glass you could want. We kayaked or walked out to big rocks and snorkeled with tons of fish. Starfish and rum point are close and we enjoyed feeding the frigate birds at Tukkas. Check out the blowholes which are not far in the east side. Spotts beach swimming with turtles was a favorite as was spending the day on 7 mile beach being pampered by the crew at Bonny Moon next to the Kimpton.You can rent chair and umbrellas for the day (cash talks) and they give towels, fresh cold water all day and delicious food from Bonny Moon. As amazing as 7 mile beach is it was wonderful to retreat back to our quiet home on the beach. We shopped at Foster’s and Hurleys in town and Chisholm down the road for a few snacks.We did a private boat tour to Stingray City which was just amazing, an absolute must. We used Cayboss who picked us up right up the road at Kaibo Point.It was a great trip.

Absolutely awesome!

My family (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for a week in March. I could not have been more thrilled with the house and the location. Quite possibly my favorite rental house we’ve ever stayed at and even better than the pictures! The home was complete with snorkel equipment, kayaks, and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed great snorkeling and kayaking right outside the back door every day. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great property in a great location

Very clean property, as pictured in the listing. Confortable for a family of 6 (2 kids 11 and 17).The sea upfront is good for snorkeling, and the kids also spent a lot of time kayaking. The seabed is mostly made of seagrass but there is a few sandy area as well. The area is quiet and about 45 minutes from Georgetown.we had an issue with the dishwasher (leak), we noticed the owner and the dishwasher was replaced the following day. Great service and great communication from the owners. We strongly recommend this villa and we would return in a heartbeat.

Right on the Beach!

Love this property! Stayed here with my wife and 20 year old niece studying photography in February 2025. It’s the quiet side of the island, but so much to do away from the cruise ships. We rented a car and it was easy to get around as the roads are all brand new. The house is clean, nicely decorated and supplied with anything you need. We snorkeled in the reef right in front of the house . Saw brightly colored fish, lobster, and seahorses. Excursions can be done right at the Rum Point beach bar 10 minutes away. We took a sunset sail, stingray and snorkel cruise and went to a beach party one night. Right by rum point is the starfish beach. You can see hundreds of starfish right in the shallow waters of the beach. Drove 43 minutes into Georgetown one day to see what was going on, very busy with tourists. Plenty of little markets to get necessities and liquor close by the house. Better groceries near the airport, so pick the specific foods you prefer there on your way to the villa. Favorite part was sitting on the back patio in the evenings with a glass of wine reviewing our day’s adventures. Plenty of breeze here to keep the mosquitoes away but bring some bug spray for the evenings. Check out Over the Edge local restaurant and bar just little way down the road. Great breakfast and dinners looking over the water. Awesome place to stay right on the beach. Would totally stay here again. Thank you!

It was a beautiful location with beach access out the back door. The villa was clean and had an adequately stocked kitchen for making meals. The bedrooms were pleasant. We enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and was clean. Loved the view! We snorkeled right off the beach (bring water shoes, it is rocky). I would recommend replacing the sofa as it had a big flattened area right in the middle which made it quite uncomfortable to sit to enjoy the view.

Great location for the curious and marine lovers

We had a wonderful stay here! The villa was exactly as described, very clean and has a great layout. The beach was wonderful and the sea life amazing. We saw lobsters, an octopus, stingrays, and lots of conch shells as well as a variety of fish. I would recommend using water shoes. There are sandy areas to get into the water but it changes constantly and it can be a bit challenging to get in, especially for older people (although that didn’t stop anyone in our family). We made all our dinners at home and enjoyed hanging out in the evening. Our days were spent exploring the entire island. As our week progressed, so did the winds and we found other areas where it wasn’t as windy. We spent a few hours at Rum Point which was relaxing and we had a nice lunch there. Azure Breeze was exactly the right place for us. We do not enjoy packed beaches, touristy areas or crowds. If we ever get the opportunity to return we would definitely stay here and hope for a calm week so we could spend more time in the water because it was exciting and teaming with life! Thank you to Robert and Nicola for sharing their wonderful villa!

Just as described

Robert and Nichola were AMAZING hosts! The house was clean, well appointed, fantastic views and a nice snorkeling beach. Perfect spot if you enjoy traveling around to the islands beaches and exploring!! We loved the North and East Sides. Must do Stingray City of course, but we enjoyed the Crystal Cave tour as well. Both are located very close to the villa. Thank you Robert and Nichola for being flexible and wonderful hosts!!

Quiet. Beautiful view!

This property is beautiful in a quiet section of the island. From the second floor main bedroom, you can lie in bed and watch the waves and the breeze blow through the palms. So peaceful! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beach directly in front of the unit is rocky and lots of trash has accumulated nearby. We went to other beautiful beaches and didn't swim in front of the house.

Great home with open access to water

Perfect stay with everything you need to rest and/or dine at home. Beach is very nice with no limestone barrier into the water, so shoes are not required.

Wonderful villa in an amazing location

Fully stocked & very clean villa in a perfect location directly on the beach away from the crowded tourist side of the island! Very relaxing & amazing snorkeling experience on the beach just a few steps from your back patio door. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen with a couple of small grocery stores within a few minutes drive from this villa. Great food also nearby at a couple of restaurants within 10 minute drive. Took a day trip to 7 mile beach which is so beautiful. Be sure to rent a car since this villa is about 35 minute drive from the airport, but don’t let that discourage you from booking since this villa & the location is worth the drive especially if you’d prefer to be on the quieter side of the island. Our host Robert was amazing & was quick to answer any questions we had & he was able to give us good recommendations for things to do & restaurants as well. We loved every minute of our stay & would definitely book again the next time we visit the island.

Great quiet location on the North Side!

Property was fantastic! Comfy beds, and very importantly comfy climate! Was a little worried about not setting the thermostat below 74 per host instructions, but surprisingly it stayed very very comfortable at that! The location is just 12 minutes from Rum Point which is where we went out for our excursions. There were a few minor inconveniences- the water heater was not very warm so no hot shower after snorkeling, AC went out one evening and repairman got it fixed around 1:30 AM. Other than that- it was a fantastic experience!

Amazing!!

Wow! I’m officially ruined for any other vacation! The amenities were endless… I swear they thought of everything we could possibly want and then some. It was amazing walking out the patio doors and the water was right there. The beach was great and stayed shallow a long ways out so even the 7 year old could touch. Going to sleep and waking up with that ocean view was wonderful. We will definitely be back!!
