- Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £40 per pet per stay for a maximum of 1. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing a pet is subject to approval.
- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.
- For safety and insurance reasons, charging electric vehicles (EVs) using the property`s domestic electricity supply is not permitted. Guests may only charge an EV if a dedicated EV charging point is provided at the property and specifically made available for guest use. d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed.
