The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A living room of 49 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, electric kettle, coffee maker...
- A master bedroom of 15 m², a queen-size bed (160×200), and a private shower room
- A separate toilet
- A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190), sheets and towels included
- A shower room with WC

For even more comfort : washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes line.

Outside :
- A North/East facing terrace adjacent to the kitchen window is immediately accessible from the laundry room.
