«We rented for my son's graduation and the house was perfect, here's why. 1. This 6 bedroom house was a better value than any Columbia hotel even if it had had zero amenities. 2. It doesn't have zero amenities. There is somewhere for everyone. «We stayed at this property for the FFA State Convention. It had plenty of room for our group of 8 students and 3 chaperones. It was close enough to MU that we were able to commute without any major issues and the yard was big enough that if the weather would have cooperated we could have done some outside activities.»

«This home had everything we needed and was so very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated with modern looks and equipment and the rest still had the charm of a historic bungalow. I should have payed better attention that there were only bathrooms on the main floor, which made it a little difficult for an aging parent. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.»

«Overall, we enjoyed our time in Columbia. It was a short weekend trip and we really only slept in the home. The neighborhood was not as nice as other neighborhoods we’ve stayed in, but it seems the town is older and there was work being done during our weekend to help improve the area. «Very clean and met my needs well. You will be driving on dirt roads to get to the place, and I would advise getting there before dark as it's hard to find. To Casey's credit, I arrived after dark and was lost. Casey was out looking for me, and I do so appreciate that effort. So bucolic. Wake up to roosters crowing. Very peaceful. I probably wouldn't stay there again only because I was on a cross- country trip and this place, lovely as it was, is too far off the interstate.»
