«We left two nights early because of having to fight ants from the first night. The place smelled of dogs so strongly we had to open all the windows to air it out. The kitchen cabinets were filthy underneath the dishes so we hand washed everything we touched. The doors underneath the sink almost fell off when i opened them. The house seems to be used regularly but not cleaned well often. I would give a zero rating if I could and would definitely like a partial refund!»

«Overall, ok. I would love to give a 5 star review however there were issues. Check in time was 4 pm. When we arrived there was a car out front so we thought we had the wrong address. We couldn’t check in until 5 because cleaners were still there. Owner was aware and didn’t offer anything for our inconvenience. We had been driving for 5 hrs. Yard is under construction which is not mentioned in ad. No clean towels anywhere. Finally found them wet and smelling like mold in washing machine. Cleaners ...

«Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and ...
