«The level of customer service was unexpectively low. Take almost 10 minutes to complete the check-in procedure. The «hot» food in the breakfast buffet was cold, and the salmon served was off. Salt and pepper fispenser was not clean, and coffee machines not servived. Also the service on the rooftop bar was very poor. Lack of general «quality» of staff and not good enough english language cometence. Seems like poor quality chef’s and food dept manager. »

«I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and found it very good, especially very good breakfast and rather modest but still usefully stocked gym. The hotel is located at the very southern edge of Seoul, slightly remote place but easy access to the hearth of Gangnam via a metro (within 10-min ride).
