«The view was beautiful. The rooms were clean. It’s just the staff that needed help. They seemed very disorganized. When we checked out, we took the ferry. They explained they would deliver our bags for us. Which they did, but they were marked for St Ignes and not our actual destination- Mackinac city. My husband and I both were very clear on Mackinac city as they asked twice. But they still sent them to the wrong destination. One of the bags that they delivered they tied so tight with a knot ...

«Great location directly across from Shepler’s Ferry. They took care of our luggage from the dock in Mackinac City all the way to our room. Enjoyed Winchesters and Kilwins without leaving the building. The breakfast delivery was very good. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was very nice and helpful.»

«Amazing place to stay. It is a hike from Main Street but well worth it. This place would be amazing for romantic getaways and our family of six loved it too. Fires with s’mores, soccer, bags, ladder ball, and so much ch more to do. The pizza was amazing and fitness center was clean. We will be back for sure!!!»

«Room interior was nicely renovated but bathroom needs updating. Pool and hot tub area not connected so have to walk outside to get there. Pool building needs some work and the pool/hot tub needed to be cleaned. Fire pits and smores on the beach were a wonderful surprise. The staff was great and very friendly.»

«staff are liers.. beds clean.. arragant and not helpful.. i drove 3 days and reached the motel at 1pm.. wanted to check in.. told to wait till 4 pm.. room had to be cleaned.. i did get checked in at 3pm.. room had spider webs all over door to the casing.. bathtub had 2 large spiders in tub.. sink had web with spider over the drain.. the room had not beed used the night before as staff stated.. my last stay at any of their propertys.. terrible staff..guy had two full tattoo sleaves and shaved ...
