«We loved the 1920’s feeling to the home. The cleanliness and quiet location were exactly what we were looking for.
We were just a block from the historical center and took advantage of the shops and eateries.
We would definitely stay here afain»

«What a wonderful and perfect little house for a quick getaway. Very clean and nicely decorated with tastefully upgraded bathroom and kitchen area. The owner Brent was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend this adorable little home. Great location as The Maritime Museum is just down the street and was such a nice surprise to visit. The grounds were beautiful. We also enjoyed the Deltaville Tap and Raw Bar also just down the street.»

«We loved our getaway weekend at this property. The home was spacious and immaculate with every possible amenity. The yard was beautifully landscaped with many spots to enjoy. The kids had fun with the kayaks on the creek. Fishing and crabbing were priorities. Looking forward to another visit.»

«We are a Family of 4 that stayed and absolutely loved Rosehill Cottage! Set back in a serene setting with the most beautiful view of the Rappahannock River! The Cottage was adorable with plenty of space to spread out, was clean, & had all of the cooking ware you need. The pool was a blast! We really enjoyed our time at the pool! I would definitely give Rosehill Cottage a consideration when you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life!»

«Lovely Home for Large Families with Very Attentive HostsOur family of 13 had a very nice stay inside this spacious and well-managed home! The hosts were wonderfully responsive. When we checked in, the AC was set high and took a few hours to cool the house down, but the owners stayed in touch and followed up to make sure we were comfortable. There were only a couple of downsides. The floors were dirty upon arrival and required us to mop them before getting settled. Additionally, the yard wasn't ...
