"Alpenblick 3 - Holiday Apartment" with Mountain View, Wi-Fi & Balcony

In the modern furnished, approx. 100 m² vacation apartment "Alpenblick 3", plus balcony, you will find plenty of space for up to 5 people. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. For hygienic reasons, the entire floor is tiled. The domicile has a spacious living room and dining area with panoramic windows, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 coffee machines (pad and filter), kettle, microwave, oven and induction stove. Toaster egg boiler etc. Two bedrooms, a bathroom with ground level shower , toilet and washing machine, and a guest toilet. Other amenities include: Underfloor heating, SAT- TV with Android, radio and DVD- player. The Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

The highlight of the apartment is the approx. 25 m² balcony facing south. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of fruit trees and the Austrian mountains. With a seven-meter electric awning, the balcony can be protected from the warm midday sun. Here you can enjoy your vacation in the fresh air, whether in the morning with a hearty breakfast or in the evening with a delicious meal. In the middle of orchards lies the vacation village Bodolz.

In the middle of orchards lies the vacation village Bodolz. A restaurant is located only 5 minutes walk (300 m) from the accommodation. Two other restaurants as well as a "luxury restaurant" offer you delicious food and drinks in the village of Bodolz. After only 1 km you will find a large shopping market with food-REWE, drugstore, doctor and pharmacy. In the nearby surroundings, numerous regional suppliers offer you local products, including several distilleries for noble brandies, wineries, as well as farm stores or farm sales stalls, etc. Children's playground, table tennis table and soccer field are within walking distance after about 150m. In summer, Lake Constance attracts bathing, sailing or round trips with the Lake Constance fleet. In June 2021 opened the newly built, about 6 km away, THERME Lindau "PREMIUM WELLNESSWELT AM BODENSEE", with direct lake access. You can also visit the nearby island town of Lindau (15 minutes by car, 5km by foot or bus/train) with your southern flair, or/and stroll along the beautifully landscaped promenade of the Wasserburg peninsula (10 minutes by car).

Between Lindau and Wasserburg is the 2017 newly built vacation home with three apartments, - all with separate entrance. This barrier-free apartment is accessible via a single-storey external staircase. The region is ideal for varied family vacations. There are numerous hiking and biking trails around Lake Constance and in the hinterland. Austria, Lichtenstein or Switzerland can be reached within a short time.

Check-in/check-out is easy 24/7 through the available key safe. A storage box is also available for your bike, by arrangement. Parking spaces and an e-charging station are available on the property.
