The stone cottage was once part of Lanhydrock Estate and there are 900 acres of parkland for you to explore just under 1 mile away. Positioned just 3 miles from Cardinham Woods, there are endless walking and cycling trails for the adventurers amongst you. The Eden Project and Kidzworld Adventure Play are only 8 miles away. Visit Charlestown or Padstow fishing villages to find plenty of restaurants, or head to the beach for a day of sandcastles and swimming at Carlyon bay or Par Sands, all within 20 miles.

Stepping inside, you'll be greeted with an abundance of character blended beautifully with contemporary comforts and open-plan living. The traditional lounge area has exposed stone walls and beams, deep windowsills and a wood burner to cosy up in front of so you can completely unwind. The country-style kitchen/dining area is a fabulous social space and is equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a special meal. Upstairs, three bright and beautiful bedrooms, one en suite, as well as the family bathroom, give plenty of space for five guests and have vaulted ceilings throughout.

Outside, the garden is private and enclosed making it ideal for children and four-legged friends. Mature shrubs and plants and outdoor seating offer a lovely space to catch up with family with the charcoal BBQ on the go. As the sun sets, take a dip in the hot tub and completely unwind submerged in bubbles.
