Additional Property Information:

o Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival

o Parking is free, guests are allowed to park in gravel areas of the property

o We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to us before checking out. In the event the damage exceeds the cost of the security deposit, the guest will be billed the additional amount.

o No hunting is allowed on the property. Do not discharge firearms, fireworks or any other explosives.

o While staying at Bobwhite’s Retreat, you have access to the 5 acres surrounding the home. While there are no fences, we have posted flag markers identifying the property line to which our guests have access.

o Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.

o NO SMOKING: The guest acknowledges that smoking includes cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, lighting candles, incense, or sage. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a charge of $200 per day of reservation.

o Any excessively dirty units will result in an extra cleaning fee, and we will provide photo evidence.

o The property is equipped with an exterior camera for your security and protection.


o Don't forget to take all your belongings when you check out. If you leave something behind, there will be a $75 Mailing Fee (excluding postage). We aim to return items within 7-10 business days, but please bear with us during busy times. Thank you for your understanding

o If failure to follow any of our rules results in us having to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be responsible for the costs.

o If you were a previous or current guest and did not respect our house rules and property, we reserve the right to reject your next reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
