«The room was as described, a bit like a motel arrangement, with rooms on the ground floor based around the courtyard area. Bathroom had a huge walk in shower, the water pressure was brilliant and soaps etc were lovely. Bed was comfy, ironing board, hairdryer and great coffee, tea and cookies. It was clean, spacious and comfy.
Where we were disappointed was in the welcome - no information on eating, checking out or even pleasantries. We had chosen this place to stay as it was close to Gatwick, ...
