«The room smelled like smoke even though there were no smoking signs everywhere. There were burn marks on the heater unit. The bathroom had no mirror, there was no mirror anywhere in the room. We didn't need a wheelchair accessible room, but they gave us one, on the 2nd floor, with no elevator? Would not recommend!»
