It was immaculately clean, 20-25 minutes from Acadia, and so calm! Truly, we couldn't have asked for anything better! I've already checked flights in hopes to come back!»

«We had a lovely time few days staying in the Buckle Bungalow cottage during our trip to Maine! The kids enjoyed the screened-in porch, especially. The cottage was well equipped with kitchen items, towels, blankets, and washer/dishwasher detergent. Communication from Penny was excellent and helpful prior to and during our stay. The common area and enchanted forest walk were well-thought out, and the provided bug spray was an appreciated touch!Thankfully the weather was excellent during our stay-- ...

«Great little cabin close to the activity of Acadia and bustle of Bar Harbor, but seemingly miles away from anywhere! Two bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I and our adult son. Bed were comfy, kitchen well stocked and the living/dining area nice for just unwinding at the end of the day. There is a fire pit area too that looked good for relaxing in the evening, but we weren’t there long enough to take advantage of it. »
