«The room itself was very spacious but the bathroom was very outdated and not well maintained. The shower made a loud squealing sound which was kind of frustrating. The parking lot was full of old goose poop which we had to dodge at every step. I understand that it is natural for animals to do that, however it was clear that no one had bothered to power wash or clean the parking lot in a long time.»

«Breakfast was horrible. The attendant acted as though she didn't care one bit. The yogurt in the fridge was all well out of date. The cranberry juice was just water. The eggs are not real eggs and completely flavorless. Most food options were constantly empty. Garbage can overflowing, there were no napkins, there was no salt & pepper. The pancake machine was broken.
The elevator was out of order. What kind of hotel has just ONE elevator?

«I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again.»
