«This is a newly refinished property. It worked perfectly for our 4 adults and 4 kids. Easy to find and right on the Notley River, walk out the back door for a quick swim or fishing, tube the river from upstream and get out right at your back door. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The beds were very comfortable for a great nights sleep. «A beautiful house set on an acre and a quarter that backs up to woods. We saw deer almost every evening grazing down by the wood line. I was visiting my sister and her family that I haven’t seen for five years. My one issue with the house was that they listed “free WiFi” and it was not available due to needing to have a wireless box be installed. I had several things to that required WiFi and I wasn’t told, I had to ask.»

«Contact with host was so easy from start to finish. The Carriage House was beyond our expectations. Easy access and so inviting. Exactly as described. We can’t say enough about this property and hosts. We were in town for a show at Anderson Music Hall. So many attractions close by. We cancelled plans the last night just to sit and enjoy the Mountain View, deer and the firefly’s definitely put on a show. Will definitely be our #1 choice.»

«The cabin was clean and nicely decorated. Th bedrooms need shelving in the closets. I really do not like to live out of my suitcase. Bathroom needs more towel hangers/bars.Most concerning was the noise of animals in the wall near the fireplace. It probably was a squire but each night we heard the most frightening scratching sounds. I had nightmares thinking this animal would get through the chimney and into the house. Did not sleep well. »

«One of my favorite one night stays I've had. The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I stayed to be closer to a bike race and was able to get a great night of sleep on the very comfortable king size bed. The property is in a great setting with a field and creek with you own fire-pit and hammock to relax in. The hosts invited us over to their yard to pet the goats and that was a treat!
