«Room spotless, bedding clean and fresh.
Hospitality tray, hairdryer and use of iron should you need one.
Owners really nice and friendly.
I'd definitely stay again the next time I'm visiting Blackpool.»

«The room looked better than the photos online. It was spotless and everything was just right - the linens, the carpet, the water temperature in the shower.
Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. My stay was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious - loved the granary bread and I forgot to ask Sam about the coffee - exceptional blend, I want to buy some. ...

«Staff very courteous. Very comfortable and warm room. In excellent location and within walking distance from all local attractions. No bread knife. Sink in bathroom was too small and shelf above it made it impossible to brush teeth in bathroom. Had to do this in kitchen. Scum clearly visible in sink taps and on shower head and hose. Despite this it was a fair price and we would consider staying again. »

«Great gem of a hotel. Had a great 1 night stay in a single room for whilst visiting the Lytham Festival. Room had a single bed with shower en suite. Television, ketle and tea and coffee. Bed linen and towels included. As was a full breakfast, cooked to order with choice of cereals. Yes the rooms need a little tlc with the odd spot of flaking paint.
