«What a pleasant location and experience. Darien Ga is a cute small, pretty town. The hotel was right on the river and if you book a balcony room you have a beautiful view, The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean and and roomy. Also my wife left her watch in the room after we checked out and on our way to NY. The housekeepers were honest enough to turn it in to the front desk which we greatly appreciated.»

«If you haven't checked out the Harris Neck Nature Reserve you should, in fact go a couple of times- you'll see different birds and wildlife at various times of the day. At dusk you might find an alligator in your path, so keep your eye open. If that's too much wildlife for you grab a cold drink and great meal at Hunter's Cafe!»

«This is a delightful place to stay in Darien. Just one look from the back porch tells it all. It has a beautiful view of the marsh and the river in the distance. The hosts are lovely and provided a delicious breakfast. We would love to stay there again. Ask for a room on the ground floor if you don't want to use stairs.»

«Best fishing trip ever. Beautiful sunsets. Cozy cottage. We caught a flounder, whiting, shrimp and crab from the dock. Cleaning station at the dock. We brought our own kayaks, but didn’t use them because there was not a close boat launch. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Stores are not close, but we brought our own food and ate at a local restaurant one evening. We would love to visit again soon.»

«Cute home in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay. The key pad lock at the front door is malfunctioning. We discovered that when the code is entered the lock moves a bit, but not enough to clear completely to allow the door to open. Thank you for having a back up plan in place. »
