«The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much.
The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot.
The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep.

«The hotel is extremely filthy. The hot water wasn’t working on the day of stay. Room was a mess. Hotel is falling apart. The bath tub looked nasty. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel if someone paid me to. Beds were disgusting. The carpet looked worse than a shelter home. And all the reviews that say this is a top notch hotel are false. You are better off staying on the street than this hotel.»

«Wasn’t expecting much after reading lots of reviews. Was pleasantly suprised.
Staff were lovely, breakfast was cooked to order and also lovely. Room was tidy, not sparkling but clean enough. Bathroom definitely needs some maintenance though. Didnt sleep much as matress was extremely uncomfortable as i had read and I could feel every spring. Also the bathroom light wouldn’t turn off and the bedroom could do with a lamp.
But honestly for what I paid it was fine. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay ...

«Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in. The kitchen and bathroom again require more monitoring/cleaning before use, as they’re shared, but given the prices of the rooms it isn’t unreasonable to expect guests to tidy up after themselves. Staffing mainly remote but friendly. Depending on your needs this a ...
