Bra hotell rett ved siden av New Street station
Godt fornøyd med oppholdet mitt en natt på dette hotellet. Sentralt i sentrum av Birmingham, 200 m fra Birmingham New Street Station noe som for meg var veldig praktisk. Rommet var stort og fint, stort bad, god seng, god wifi, rent og pent. Frokosten var også veldig bra med godt utvalg av varm mat + frukt og yoghurt. Kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet.

Helt greit hotell! Veldig nært Birmingham New Street og ellers sentralt. Lett å finne inngangen. Store rom med minikjøleskap, vannkoker, hårføner, strykebrett og strykejern. Fint bad og gode senger også. Generelt bra vasket, men det var en del støv på veggene. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige! Frokosten var helt fantastisk! Definitivt verdt prisen

Lovely greeting from staff when we arrived and polite when we checked out . Staff at the breakfast service were polite, welcoming and helpful. Buffet breakfast was also delicious with a good choice of foods and drinks. Would stay again .

Its location Is just perfect being minutes from new street station, shopping, nightlife and road network. Parking near is expensive it’s only negative. From the front desk team to the bar staff and the maids the staff are what make your stay here simple and convenient. The renovated areas of the hotel are suburb and even the older rooms, while dated still have great facilitates. The suites are great value for money.

The hotel was well situated for the city centre but unfortunately there was a nightclub outside our windows which was extremely noisy , we moved rooms at 2am but were then in an inferior room with a much smaller bed ( premium king room was booked to give us space for my husbands broken shoulder!) The second room I booked for friends was also supposed to be king size but wasn’t . I also carefully chose the hotel because it said it had onsite parking but it didn’t , which was disappointing as we didn’t want to have to park our car in a public multi-storey overnight. Apart from the above though the hotel had a nice relaxed reception area with wonderful staff and the food was good

Lovely stay here as always but was disappointed with the breakfast it was cold I know you have a lot of people to cater for but that was the only downside to our otherwise great stay.

Wouldn't stay again
The room was completely different to what was shown as advertised, very old and tired looking. I received a letter under the door through the night to wake up to and find that there's no hot water!
