Det var et mini bar i rommet som var låst, da jeg be de åpne det, ble jeg informert det er ingen mini bar. I spurte om hva med om jeg trenger drikke på natta. Da må du komme til rep fikk jeg beskjed-:( Sengene var harde som stein. Dårlig bad, masse vann på gulv etter man tok dusje-:( p

Excellent staff, decent location. Our first two nights of a three night stay were faultless. On the third a wedding party arrived and the noise from the neighbouring room was astounding. They were not shouting but “drunk loud” and the inter room soundproofing was found out badly. Shame really.

Really enjoyed our stay, hotel was clean and staff were really helpful. Kettle in the room was faulty, spoke to the desk and a replacement was sent up quickly. Close to nearby shopping centre which was great for choosing somewhere to eat.

The room I stayed in was very dated and tired. The bathroom, in particular, was in desperate need of an update. There was loose, mouldy silicone around the bath and shower area. Also, the pipes were rattling and banging, which woke me up several times throughout my two-night stay. I didn't mention these issues to the hotel staff because they didn't even ask me if everything was fine while checking out. Despite paying more than other hotels and expecting the standard that Copthorne portrays, I won't be returning to this hotel.

I’ve stayed in the Copthorne on several occasions and the staff are always courteous and friendly. I have no problem recommending this to anybody who want to be near Birmingham, but far enough to enjoy the countryside. This is an excellent hotel and affordable with a swimming pool and sauna

I used to live in the area but only 2nd time at premises , can’t knock it in any way . Once through main doors could feel the heating , Reception staff brilliant and welcoming . On first floor and apartment was massive and very clean, everything you could wish for 10 out 5 . No way can l knock it .👍😄🌹

The staff at this hotel are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile. They are efficient, kind,and helpful. The pool is lovely, the food excellent. Going to the Copthorne in Merry Hill is like home from home.

As usual, the staff are excellent. They are welcoming and efficient and very friendly. I had made 3 separate reservations as i wasn’t sure how long i needed to stay. The changing that was necessary was made very easy and kindly done. This hotel has the best staff I have ever encountered. The health club is lovely too.

Amazing two night stay at this hotel, it was for my friends birthday and they looked after us both. Each person we spoke to and served or helped us were amazing and so friendly! Shelley on night one in the restaurant was so friendly and made us feel at ease. I asked a couple questions and nothing was too much effort! We can not wait to book our next stay with you for another spa and shopping day.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned to exceptionally high standard. Whole hotel looked a bit tired but the excellent customer service more than made up for this. Used the spa facilities steam, sauna, jacuzzi and warm pool. Excellent value for money. Really comfortable stay.
