2x induction rings, 2 pans, frying pan with splatter guard
extractor fan
kettle ( no toaster)
microwave, possibly with oven functions as there is a metal rack inside, microwave splatter guard
4x plates, side, bowls, mugs,
large bowl (no jug)
set of cooking utensils with scissors
cafetiere
clip glass jar
juice jug / vase
multiple lighting options
super comfy beds with plain cotton bedding
spare pillows in wardrobe
triple warcrobe- 2 with cubbies and one hanging
iron and ironing board

you could hear some shower/ water noise from adjoining rooms, but not talking/ footsteps
heating / air con sysytem worked well for both
really wide window with lots of natural light, and easy functioning windows a good height ideal if youve got small kids
