«一個全自助入住的模式,原本因火車班次較早到而為了同意提早入住而十分感謝,閣樓樓梯較窄因只有一層也可接受,沒有任何廚房調料也行,房間如照片,2人很適合,只是臨門竟發生其他房客因旅館誤送我的密碼而讓他誤入我的房間,這是一個不可接受的情況,很想打低分,但是,因地理位置就在老城區,步行15分鐘內,內部清潔,所以願意給個好分數»

«First off, there was no one to interact with. The doors were locked when we arrived and had to stand outside with our luggage for a few hours. Lucky someone came out from the building and we were able to sit in the lobby. I asked for toilet paper on day 2 and no one came, I also sent a message about the AC, no luck with that since it was so hot.»

«This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window ...

«Clean 2 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen apartment. Very close to the tram & bus station where you can catch no. 9 tram going to Old Town Zurich and no. 14 tram going Zurich HB where you can catch trams to Luzern, Bern, Interlaken and other cities. COOP grocery store is walking distance. There are restaurants and a pizzeria nearby. Laundry in the basement is very convenient if you are staying longer. I’ll stay again.»

«vi fikk ingen nøkkel ved innsjekking og prøvde å ringe nummeret gitt. Da måtte vi høre på heismusikk i 20 minutter, uten å få noe svar. Da vi sendte melding til nummeret sto det at det ikke var til bruk. Vi sendte også to mails før vi ringte, både til mailen fra den første bekreftelsen (swiss star) og den som ble oppgitt i de senere bekreftelsene (kind of a hotel). Der beskrev vi presist problemet, og fikk etter tre mailutvekslinger (hvorav første svar kom etter nesten en time) kun ...
