«We had a wonderful stay at Big Blue for our group of 8! Jason is a super fast and thorough communicator. The home smelled great, was well stocked, very clean, and had a super comfortable couch for movie night. The hot tub was clean and enjoyed. «We had an issue at check in where the key pad wasn’t working and we couldn’t unlock the door to get in. I messaged the host a few times over the next hour or so and didn’t get a response until over 12 hours later the next morning. Luckily one of the windows was left open slightly by the door and we were able to get into the house. Had it not been for the that window we would have been without a place to stay for the night.
