If you are looking for a quiet and exclusive hotel, this is the place. It will be very relaxing as you will only see a few guests all the time. There’s a lot of staff constant looking after you and asking if you need anything- if you need them, they will not be overwhelming.

Excellent hôtel dans un endroit magnifique Très belle plage même s’il n’est pas facile de s’y baigner du fait des marées. Personnel très sympathique et attentionné vraiment aux petits soins et prêts à rendre service et satisfaire toutes nos demandes. 2 remarques: Manque un peu de zones ombragées autour de la plage et de la piscine. Il fait chaud ! Attente un peu longue au restaurant Globalement très bon séjour. Établissement à recommander

Attention to detail! This hotel and ALL the staff were incredible. Our experience was personal, relaxed and every need catered for before we knew we needed it. Simple and incredible well cooked Indonesian, Thai and European food, beautiful furnishings, and the lovely quiet location made this a hotel to remember. COVID obviously took a toll on the surroundings and they’re working to restore everything having only opened 6 months ago, but that brought so much more positive impression. Thank you for an wonderful 2 nights, next time 3 nights would be ideal.

Service is the highlight of this hotel. Very attention to detail: From providing towels/water at the pool as soon as they see you, cleaning the room frequently when you are out, to meeting your special requests. I will definitely return to this hotel if i come back to bintan

Sanchaya is a beautiful property with impeccable service. Even with two young children they made our stay so very enjoyable. From the vip lounge at the ferry terminal to the very kind staff we loved our stay at the Sanchaya!

Very comfortable, staff is all very courteous & helpful. Only issue I faced was the lack of shower pressure and hot water.

I'd read the glowing reviews before going but it still seemed hard to believe such a fabulous resort could be only a ferry ride away (we live in Singapore). Well, I'm delighted to say that The Sanchaya not only lived up to the hype but exceeded our expectations. It's a truly beautiful and luxurious resort: fabulous pool, lovely beach and gorgeous suite with a host of amenities provided including free healthy snacks and beverages in the room that were topped up daily. With only 29 suites and villas it never felt crowded and the service was outstanding. The staff are the highlight of the resort, service is highly personalised (they remembered our favourite drinks, what we liked to eat etc), did everything possible to make our stay amazing and were so kind and helpful. Wish I could give them a 6 star rating instead! We are already planning our next visit, very lucky to live so close! :)

全体としての評価はとても高いです。ロケーション、施設、スタッフ、料理、アメニティいずれも満足です。特にスタッフさんのホスピタリティ溢れる対応には目を見張るものがあります。スタッフ全員が英語を流暢に話すわけではないものの、笑顔と対応で十分にカバーしています。 ロケーション:フェリー場から車で10分程度の場所に位置しており、移動もバンでスムーズに進みました。 施設:開業から5年程度とのことでしたが、海が近いせいか少し施設は痛んでいます。ただ、掃除は隅々まで行き渡っており清潔に保たれています。 スタッフ:最も特筆すべき点はスタッフの笑顔と対応です。こちらから話しかけなくても、気を利かせて向こうから積極的に話しかけてきてくれます。レストラン周辺を歩いているだけで「レストランに御用ですか?」と声掛けしてくれたり、チェックアウトのためにロビーで待っている時に「インドネシアの伝統ドリンクで合うジャムーは試されましたか?今ここにお持ちすることもできます」等、気を利かせて色んなサービスをしてくれます。 料理:屋内のインターナショナル(和、洋、エスニック)、屋外のタイ、合計2つのレストランがあり、好きに選べます。滞在中はインターナショナルで全て食事をしましたが、大変美味しいです。1皿のボリュームが少し多いので、2人で2-3皿をシェアするくらいが丁度良いです。時期にもよるかもしれませんが、シーフードは絶品です。また、少し変わった和食も用意されており、洋食に飽きたら和食に移るのもありです。滞在中はアジアンな甘辛ソースをベースとしたお刺身+サラダやうなぎ丼を頂きました。 アメニティ:全てオーストラリアのブランド「イソップ」で統一されています。匂いは独特ですが、抵抗なく使えます。シャンプー、リンス、ボディローションはいずれも保存料フリーで良かったです。

Toller Service und einfach eine perfekte Entspannungsoase. Bei Ankunft und Abfahrt von der Fährstation werden sogar die Einreiseformalitäten und Check In übernommen während man in der Sanchaya Lounge entspannt einen Kaffee trinkt und Früchte genießt. Das Essen ist sehr gut und da die ganze Anlage etwa 30 Gästezimmer/-villen hat, ist es angenehm ruhig auch tagsüber am Pool. Wer Entspannung und perfekten Service möchte, ist hier genau richtig!!

Good stay at Sanchaya
Generally amazing. But some aspects of the hotel property looks a bit jaded. In my room, the mobile shower head came loose; the coffee machine didn't work as well as other brands. When checking in elders, artisans must take time and explain slowly how complex things work...shower, Apple TV connections. We had to call assistance for these.
