The space
The apartment is a completely independent unit located within a single-family home where the hosts live, with parking on the same lot—which is crucial in the summer.

You enter through a foyer that opens onto a kitchen, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a bedroom, and a living room. The sliding doors—over 3 meters wide—between the bedroom and the living room allow you to configure the space as a living-dining room with a fireplace, complete with free firewood. Fold-down beds maximize space, comfortably accommodating 4 people. The apartment also includes air conditioning, as well as a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The interior is equipped to provide a comfortable experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the hosts are happy to provide any additional items you may need. There are three types of pillows and a choice of thin or thick comforters.

The entrance to the apartment is through a private terrace, designed for enjoyment, featuring a gazebo that offers the necessary shade and a wood-fired grill, ideal for both cooking and creating a cozy outdoor atmosphere.

The apartment is just a 16-minute walk (according to Google Maps) from the beaches of Gorliz and Plentza, perfect for enjoying a day by the sea.

If you need to work remotely, we offer access to a coworking space with a desk, two 25-inch 4K monitors, a docking station, and high-speed wired internet, as well as a printer and scanner.

Amenities and Common Areas
The apartment features a terrace for guests’ exclusive use.
The garden is shared with the hosts, except for an area reserved exclusively for them.

Other Notable Features
The keys for self-check-in are changed after each stay, so they are no longer valid once the guest leaves the property.
In addition, the access keys are programmable, so if one is lost, we can immediately reprogram access.
With these measures, we aim to ensure maximum security for access, although Gorliz is a very safe area where you can move about with complete peace of mind.
