Illusjon hotel, July 2017
Good location. Relatively quiet, we slept well despite the room was facing the street. Walking to Guggenheim museum 15 min, old town 20 min. Lots of nice pintxos bars closer as well. We arrived with a car at 15:00, and parking was available in the basement of the hotel for 20 Euros pr. day.

Dated hotel. Staff do not smile. Staff allow people to sleep in the hotel foyer. Our room was not made up for 2 adults and 2 children and when I complained they did not adequately correct the issue. My son slept the night without a duvet. Air conditioning is not all year round. It is at a choice of the hotel and not the customer as to whether it works or not. Avoid this hotel.

Extremely thin floors. I could hear the arguing and crying in the room above then in the morning I could hear several people running around and shouting. Pretty disruptive to sleeping. Wouldn't stay again.

Hotel is great, room is quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was also great with many options to choose from. The hotel location is quite convenient, you can get there from the airport by just one bus and you are connected to other public transportation options

Clean and efficient, great location
The facility is clean, efficient and functional. Very close to airport bus stop, as well as metro and tram station. Little off from the noisy center, but enough bars and eateries near by. My family loved it.

This hotel was great! Our room was really nice, and an excellent value, and we liked the location. My only negative comment is we stayed there on a Saturday night. There's a club under the hotel (basement level). We were on the 13th floor and we still had trouble falling asleep because we could hear the bass from the club. This was not a problem at all on Sunday night, so most of the week it's probably fine.

El hotel está muy bien y el desayuno bastante completo, pero la zona de fuera hizo que perdiera mucho.. el hecho de tener una discoteca al lado no es culpa del hotel, pero lo de tener la entrada llena de genre sentada en el escalón que tenías que estar esquivando para entrar, todo lleno de copas, botellines, incluso en la papelera del hotel, no creo que sea muy normal y que no hagan nada para remediarlo.

La propiedad es excelente. La ubicación céntrica, el personal atento, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El único inconveniente es el ruido de la discoteca vecina, que podría resolverse con mejores ventanas. Salvo por esto, el hotel es excelente.

Hotel staff were not overly helpful when trying to contact them. Extremely noisy on both nights we stayed there both in and outside the hotel. Food selection was ok.

Tra stadio e museo
Hotel in ottima posizione, nei pressi dello stadio san mamés, la zona è ricca di locali e negozi, pochinpassi da metro e tram e dal terminal bus. Le camere sono spaziose, design moderno, letti comodisimi. Molta attenzione all'ambiente, niente uso di plastica. L'hotel é dotato fi caffetteria y ristorante, e una sala fitness.

Mucho calor
Mucho calor en la habitación,no sé podía regular el termostato. Me quejé el primer día pero se quedó igual. En general, necesita una buena reforma y lavado de cara. Lo bueno es la ubicación,al lado de la salida de metro de Sabino Arana.
