Great location.
The location is great. Nice to walk by the river to the old town and the Guggenheim museum. It's a quiet area with not too much traffic,yet very central. Breakfast was great with good selection. Staff was friendly and efficient. To and from the airport it's cheaper to take an uber than regular taxis. The bus stop for the airport is around a 10 min walk from the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable,but a bit small. Overall recommended.

Et hotell med flott beliggenhet til byens severdigheter, men samtidig rolig atmosfære. Stort rom med separat dusj, toalett og bad. Hotellet har gode bespisningsmuligheter. Anbefales!

Høsttur til Baskerland
Vi valgte sted og hotell etter å ha lest om Bilbao i VG. Hotellet og ett par av restaurantene valgte vi ut ifra denne artikkelen. Hotellet var vi veldig fornøyd med. Bortsett fra at AC ikke kunne benyttes da det ikke var sesong...(november) Vi nordmenn liker jo å ha det kjølig på soverommet og sover helst med åpne vinduer og resultatet ble mygg på rommet om natten. Rommet hadde alt som beskrevet, men manglet litt atmosfære . Frokostbuffeten var meget innholdsrik, med masse utvalg av alt og burde dekke de fleste behov og ønsker. Hotellet lå flott plassert med kort gåavstand til de fleste severdigheter. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake til både hotellet og Bilbao.

Clean quiet hotel with nice enough staff but two things really made my stay regrettable: 1.) no AC on an extremely hot day means I sweat like crazy throughout the day and night. I asked front desk and they told me to open a window. It barely helped and I heard the whole neighborhood from my window. 2.) I was deathly ill after eating something bad in Casco Viejo and asked front desk if they could bring me cold bottled water and they were taken a back as if the request was proposterous- they finally said yes after I had my brother who speaks Spanish call them up and explain the issue- they said they’d bring it with a fee. I said sure I don’t care just get me the water cause I’m dying here. They forgot/ never came so I just dragged myself out of bed and did it myself. Joder. Paid a $100 less at a hotel down the street for a nicer room, where I could change the temperature, and where after explaining I was sick- they brought me tea and water.

Hotel is very conveniently located. 15 minutes walking from the old part and 15 minutes from Guggenheim. Funicular is very close as well. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Would stay again.

For a 4 star hotel, they should do much better. Would not reccommend. Clean rooms, however their digital platforms did not allow to order room service, or even contact the front desk. There was no climate control in the rooms. Tvs were old, all digital I fo was incorrect- and there were no room service menús. When we asked for support, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care. In fact, nobody offered to help us get the app, and there was no apology for any of our experience.

It was near the Guggenheim Museum and close to the Old Town. The surrounding area outside of the hotel was gorgeous. There was no outside (patio/sidewalk) dining close by.

Good location. Not very friendly welcome. Rooms functional but a bit drab and dated. V old tv. Fridge didn't work. Air con didn't appear to work. Odd smell seemed to be bumped into reception. Cleaner was Vacuuming a room with a cable stretched across the hallway to the socket - trip hazard. Noise transfer - eg sounded like furniture scraping.

청결, 주차, 직원 친절도, 위치 모두 매우 좋았습니다. 특히 강을 따라 걷는 산책로와 인근 핀초 식당들, 무엇보다 구겐하임 미술관을 산책로를 따라 걸어갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다시 머물고 싶은 4성급 숙소입니다.
