«This was a great place to stay. Very spacious with lots of space to fit a large group. We enjoyed playing ping pong and darts which was a great addition. The property is also close enough to downtown to walk which was nice as well. Jessica was super helpful and responsive and made sure that we had everything to have a great stay! Would definitely stay here again! »

«Good stay except for parking ticket (warning) I got for parking in front of the house on street cleaning day. Not sure how I was supposed to know this. Otherwise it was a great stay and I recommend this house to travelers.»

«Location is as described however the hill that it sits upon is a bit understated. Vehicles are fine, but motorcycles be leery - must be confident in your skills. The property owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The property is beautiful and can accommodate a large group with sleeping arrangements however the entertainment area would be a little tight for 10-12 people. «Met the family at the Shepards Retreat for three nights. My wife, two adult boys, a girlfriend and a dog who all had an amazing experience. The only wildlife we didn’t see was a moose, but everything else was around, doing their thing (including bear). «My wife and I had our son and daughter-in-law join us for the week. We spent three days on the river on guided float trips to fly fish. Beautiful experience and caught some nice fish. Two visits to the park were great. The park is awesome and gigantic. The house is located on the river and was very well equipped and comfortable. Much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. Enjoyed Livingston, too.»

«Loved this property for our stay in Montana! Great location and beautiful views. The boys would have loved to have river access from the property but we knew up front that we did not. Property was clean and well stocked. Only think that would have made it 100% perfect for us would have been air conditioning. It was cool enough at night but we didn’t do well sleeping with the windows open. Loved it overall!»

«This was a perfect stopping point for the 4 of us as we passed through town both coming and going on vacation. Your home is clean, equipped with everything we needed - was a great stay. The only way to make it better for us as motorcyclists would be to add in a garage parking option or to trim down the hedge so that the motorcycles are visible from the home. thanks again for a lovely stay!»

«The his house was the best rental we have ever stayed in. It did not feel like a rental at all. Tia property is gorgeous and clean and very well stocked!
