«Overall was a decent stay, we are not from bridgewater of course like most people who use hotels you stay in them when your away on a trip we have stayed in Bridgewater before and along the south shore just not at this particular hotel. With that being said if you are staying in bridgewater and want to stay here be prepared for this hotel to be the birthday party location on Bridgewater. We had no idea but because there is not much in Bridgewater this hotel is a big birthday spot and celebration ...

«Felt more like a boarding house than quaint b&b?… and the stairs to rooms are a killer…long steep stairs with a suitcase is difficult and awkward & should be considered by anyone booking there with any sort of disability. Check the street parking bylaws too… I went in off season so apparently wasn’t really checking/ticketing for the hours I was parked near hotel … that crossed some of those paid hours… but paid parking was only option I saw otherwise if parked btw 9-5 pm»

The power was out for most of our stay - not their fault, it affected the whole region - but the wood stove, the propane stovetop, and wood-fired hot tub meant we could still enjoy all the things! So private, comfortable, and romantic. I've already told several people about this place. »
